BUDGET COMMITTEE Usually appointed in the September regular HOA meeting. The Budget Committee should have a separate budget meeting to discuss the budget, and have recommendations prepared to give the board at the October regular HOA meeting. If you have any experience in budgets or accounting, please volunteer some of your time to help your community.
